Doctor Who TARDIS Theme

Installation
Using Winzip with the option of 'Use Folder Names' box selected, unzip all of the files to the hard drive. This will place all of the files into their appropriate folders. NOTE: The screensaver used is one of the screensavers provided by MS Plus! so I am not at liberty to distribute it.

Well, here's my next attempt in the creation of a Desktop Theme. I'm afraid that it's not the same caliber as the previous Desktop Theme, Doctor Who Desktop Theme. I really feel that I'm probably going to come back to this and revise it a bit at a later time. Definitely check back to the Seal of Rassilon web site to find updates to this theme.
